If you're looking for rewarding work providing direct care for children and adults with developmental disabilities, then you should submit a listing to our online directory!

People with disabilities & their families need individuals who see their work as more than just a job and have a desire to develop relationships with the people they serve through companionship, communication, connection and contribution. They seek dependable, responsible, considerate people to share their time and talents as Habilitation Training Specialists (HTS), Job Coaches, Respite Providers, Homemakers and Adult Companions. To address this ongoing need, we are offering an online directory listing individuals who would like to provide care to either adults or children or both!

The directory will be distributed monthly through our email list to families or individuals seeking to hire someone to provide care for their loved one. It will also be published on our website which interested parties will be able to access.

No guarantee of employment is expressed or implied. We reserve the right to refuse any listing we deem to be inappropriate. Families are advised to conduct a thorough background check on any potential provider before hiring. Listing in the directory does not constitute an endorsement of any particular provider. We are neither an employment agency nor a referral service. We are a grassroots organization of families and professionals seeking to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. Each family seeking to hire someone will be responsible for screening the applicants for the best candidate. Background checks are strongly advised and are the responsibility of the agency, family or individual doing the hiring.
